Semi Automatic Glass Cutting Machine

The semi automatic glass cutting machine is controlled by PLC. The X-axis and Y-axis beams are equipped with several cutting heads. 

The spacing between the heads can be adjusted to achieve cutting of different sizes. Straight-line cutting form, cutting rectangles, cannot cut special shapes.

MAIN FEATURES 

1. Bidirectional linear motion, servo motor drives the crossbeam to cut at a uniform speed with high precision.

2. PLC control, parameters are set through the touch screen, simple and easy to learn.

3. The crossbeam is equipped with a cutting knife box, which can adjust the position spacing at will (manual adjustment, equipped with a scale, or customized digital display), to achieve cutting of glass of different sizes.

4. The automatically rising oiling mechanism changes the traditional oiling mechanism and will not pollute the table.

5. Air-floating workbench, synchronous conveyor, easy to move the glass panel.

6. The cutting size can be customized.

7. Optional: air-floating glass breaking table, ejector pin.
