MAIN FEATURES

• The frame of Laminated Glass Cutting Machine for laminated glass  Machine is welded with national standard square tubes, channel steels and square tubes. 

• The two sides of the cutting knife are cold drawn and welded, processed by a large gantry milling machine, and the flatness is high! There are no fragments.

• It is composed of two-stage structure. The first stage is the manual auxiliary loading and transmission part, equipped with automatic positioning system and fence positioning system. 

• The second stage includes upper and lower knife cutting system, film cutting system, heating system and auxiliary unloading system.

• The human-machine interface HMI sets system parameters such as the width, length, and knife pressure of the glass to be cut.

PROCESSING METHOD 

The mechanical loading places the glass on the synchronous conveyor area of the cutting table. The glass is automatically transferred and positioned according to the input cutting size (here it is equipped with mechanical edge positioning). The knife head is at the zero point. The pneumatic knife is lowered, and the upper and lower knife wheels cut (here an automatic oiling system is optional). The knife is lifted after cutting. The upper pressure wheel starts pressing the glass, and the lower surface glass is broken open. The lower pressure wheel lifts the glass upward, and the upper surface glass is broken open. The heating rod starts heating. The vacuum suction cup absorbs the glass on both sides of the tangent line and pulls the slit open. The film cutting knife starts cutting the film. The cutting action is completed, and the workpiece is transferred to the lower tangent line position as a whole (if the cutting direction needs to be adjusted here, it needs to be completed manually). The overall cutting action is completed. Cooperate with the air flotation component to manually move the processed glass to the lower sheet flip bracket.
