OVERALL STRUCTURE
SZA620 aluminum window cutting machining center is divided into three parts: loading section, processing section, and unloading section.
Functions: Circular loading, automatic feeding, milling, drilling, laser marking, 45-degree and 90-degree angle sawing, automatic unloading, label printing.
MAIN FEATURES
1. Whole aluminum window machining center adopts the famous HAN'S control system and INOVANCE bus servo control unit, 16 sets of servo motors, 8 set of spindle milling heads,
2 set of laser markings, 3 saw blades, and adopts CNA communication, frequency converter, driver and PLC program control, and the data transmission is stable and fast.
2. The feeding manipulator adopts servo drive, which can realize automatic control of X, Y, and Z axes, and can automatically clamp according to the cross section of the profile. And adopts high-precision
gear rack transmission to ensure the feeding accuracy.
3. Nine profiles are placed on the workbench at the same time, with a maximum length of 6.5 meters and cyclic loading.
4. The composite processing section includes milling unit and sawing unit. Milling and cutting are carried out simultaneously without interfering with each other, which improves the processing speed.
5. The sawing unit consists of three fixed spindle motors at 45 degrees on the left, 90 degrees on the right, and 45 degrees on the right. Compared with the single saw blade swing method, the angle is more
accurate and the speed is faster.
6. There are 4 milling heads for processing the four sides of aluminum profiles, and 2 laser heads for laser marking.
3KW high-speed spindle motor, fast speed, high precision, can process all holes and slots of doors and windows.
7. Avoidance function, when cutting is completed, the profile avoids the saw blade to prevent the saw blade from rubbing the profile section when retracting.
8. The automatic unloading table is equipped with a label printer, which can edit the print content and QR code independently.
9. The automatic chip conveyor automatically transports the waste head and aluminum chips to the waste collection box behind the equipment.
10. World famous low-voltage electrical appliances and pneumatic components are used; 24V isolation transformer safety voltage is used, and door opening power-off protection, phase sequence,
phase loss, and overvoltage protection functions are standard.
11. The length of the feeding section and the unloading section, as well as the processing direction can be customized according to customer requirements.
