1. Автоматическая машина для двойного остекления LZK2000 может выполнять мойку стекла, сушку, сборку стеклопакетов. Она может производить двухслойные и трехслойные стеклопакеты, неравносторонние стеклопакеты, стеклопакеты специальной формы.

2. Производственная линия включает в себя 7 участков: участок загрузки стекла, участок мойки и сушки, участок транспортировки, участок инспекции, участок сборки, участок прессования пластин и участок вывода.

3. Он оснащен системой управления ПЛК, многоступенчатым преобразованием частоты и имеет многоступенчатую функцию оптимизации скорости.

4. Корпус и поверхность раковины моечного отделения изготовлены из матовой пластины из пищевой нержавеющей стали 404. Резиновый ролик трансмиссии изготовлен из резинового ролика, устойчивого к кислотам и щелочам, который может автоматически регулировать расстояние в соответствии с различной толщиной стекла. When washing, water is pumped out of the water tank, sprayed on the glass surface through the nozzle of the water spray pipe, cleaned by the brush, and then returned to the water tank for recycling. The rinse tank is equipped with a temperature-controlled water heater to automatically maintain the water temperature. If the water quality is poor, the user needs to equip a water purification device. After cleaning, the water enters the rinse tank and is recycled according to the above steps. 6. The conveying section and the inspection section adopt a dual-speed transmission. When the glass comes out of the washing section, the conveying section and the inspection section run at a low speed to match the speed of the cleaning machine; the rear edge of the glass passes through the photoelectric system on the right side of the inspection conveyor. When starting and stopping the machine, the conveying section and the inspection section run at a high speed, and the glass is transported at an accelerated speed. The dual-speed transmission not only improves production efficiency, but also avoids the wear of the conveying wheel caused by inconsistent transmission speed at the connection between the conveying section and the inspection section and the cleaning machine. The optical detection output part adopts an additional shutdown function, which can be sampled and inspected at any time to detect uncleaned glass in time and fully ensure the qualified level of the finished product.

7. The glass waiting function can be realized, which can effectively improve the speed and efficiency of glass processing.

8. The pressing section adopts a servo system and gear rack transmission to fully ensure that the two pressing plates are parallel. It has a pressure adjustment function and can process insulating glass of different sizes. The pressure holding time can also be adjusted according to the glass size.

9. Accurate positioning, no misalignment, the flat pressing section adopts a famous brand vacuum generator with strong suction and a vacuum degree of ≥0.8bar.

10. Automatically identify LOW-E glass and coated glass.
